D. F. Webber, PLLC, predecessor’s entity, Charlton Webber, PLLC was founded by Janna Charlton Webber, an accomplished attorney who spent the early part of her career as a banking lawyer in corporate finance and asset securitizations. After a decade in commercial real estate law with some of the most prestigious firms in Houston, she founded Charlton Webber, PLLC to focus on telecommunications towers, easements, building-use agreements, and office and retail leasing. David F. Webber joined Charlton Webber, PLLC in 2014 after 20 plus years with a midsize firm in Houston focusing his practice on real estate law. In late 2020 Janna was offered and she accepted a position as a Senior Counsel with a Real Estate investment Trust. David continued the firm and changed its name to D. F. Webber, PLLC.

Represented independent owner and operator of telecommunications towers and related infrastructure on long-term leases, perpetual easements, subdivisions, and restrictions on properties with existing assets. Performed, coordinated, and summarized due diligence for the acquisition of single assets and large portfolios of assets. Represented developers and owners of shopping centers, and residential properties in acquisitions, leasing, and operations. Successfully provided commercial real estate legal services tenants of a medical office building.

Represented numerous insurance companies in connection with litigation, including drafting pleadings and discovery documents.
